Devcon 2-Ton® Clear Weld 2-Part 30 Minute Epoxy 25 ml

Devcon’s exclusive applicator features a patent pending design that makes it easy to dispense and mix the right amount of adhesive for any job. The sap off cap eliminates unsafe cutting of the tube ends while the snap put paddle in the handle makes it easy to mix. Nozzle design lets even the thickest materials flow easily.

• 1. For best results: Roughen, clean and dry all surfaces to be bonded or repaired.
• 2. Remove plastic mixing paddle from center of black plunger. Turn nozzle end up and pull plunger back slightly (1/8”). Snap off and save storage cap.
• 3. Push plunger evenly to dispense equal amounts of hardener and resin onto discardable surface such as a piece of cardboard or the plastic container on the front of this package. Pull back plunger to stop flow.
• 4. MIX THROUGHLY with paddle provided and apply to surface. Working time is 30 minutes and item can be handles in 2 hours. Full strength in 8 hours.
• 5. Wipe nozzle clean. Storage cap snaps on one way only.
• Note: Not recommended above 200°F. If temperature is below 60°F the hardening time is considerably longer
