Urgent Message for USA Customers
As of midnight 22-Jan-2012 the US Postal Service changed the method they use to return real-time shipping rates for USA customers. This method is not compatible with our shipping page within the shopping cart. Rhinestone Biz must process all orders for USA customers manually until this is fixed.
In order to facilitate this procedure, please create an account (if you don't already have one), place the items in your cart and notify us when you are done, making note of which shipping method you would like. You may notify us using LiveChat or by emailing or calling us.
WHen you notify us, please provide:
- Your email address
- The shipping method you would like (First-Class, Priority Mail, Express Mail, etc.)
- Whether you would like to use PayPal or a Credit Card
- A call back phone number (for payment card information)
Please allow some time for us to get back to you as this is a bit of an unexpected procedure we are working out over the next few days.
